The Short
Term Investment Tables are provided for both Long and Short
positions. In an effort to maintain relevancy, only the MarketMeter recommended
table, either Long or Short, is displayed for the indicated time
frame (alternate tables are also provided and can be viewed individually
by following the hyper-link at the base of each table). Overall
Results are based on the
past 12 weeks (3 months). Please
go to Archives to view
data back through January, 2003.
Important
note regarding Short Term tables - our system is calibrated
using dead entry and exit points (column O-C),
meaning entry is assumed at the open (or close, please see Legend)
on the first day of the cycle, and exit is the closing (or
open) trade on the 4th day. To give investors a better idea
of the potential inherit to the Short Term tables, we also
show results based on optimum (timed) entry and exit points
in the charts below (column En-Ex). Optimum entry is
extracted from the morning intra-day valuations (between 9:30
- 11:00am) of the first day, and the optimum exit is based
on the intra-day valuations of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th days. All
charts below ignore any 5th day valuations.
Keeping
in mind that individual results will vary, an Investor with
sufficient experience and a thorough knowledge of this system
and its indicators should
find his overall results generally between columns En-Ex and O-C,
with a trend towards En-Ex as experience is gained1.
