Agreement Between User and Bristol International, Inc.

Note: The Vector2000 Web Site (www.vss2000.com & www.vss2000.com) is comprised of various Web pages operated by Bristol International, Inc. (collectively, the “Web Site”). This User Agreement page is hyper-linked from every main page in Bristol International, Inc.’s Web Site, including but not limited to Products like MarketMeter (MarketMeterPRO), Investment Tables (vss iTables), and Enhanced Quotes (eQuotePRO & eQuoteNDX).

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) BEFORE USING BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC.’S (“Vector2000”) WEB SITE, OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MARKETMETER, INVESTMENT TABLES, AND ENHANCED QUOTES.

Unauthorized use of this web site, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into the site, or misuse of any INFORMATION posted by BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. to a site, is strictly prohibited.

BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal non-transferable license to use the application and INFORMATION contained on the Vector2000 (www.vss2000.com) web site (the "SYSTEM") in connection with obtaining certain INFORMATION and services.

You may use or access the SYSTEM as a single user for such user's personal, non-commercial use. (Webmasters click here)

Use by more than one user at separate terminals accessing a single copy of the SYSTEM is not authorized.

You may not use the SYSTEM and INFORMATION, in connection with any business or commercial enterprise, including without limitation, any securities, investment, accounting, banking, legal or media business or enterprise. (Webmasters click here)

The SYSTEM and INFORMATION are licensed to you "AS IS" with no warranties or representations, express or implied (including quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular use or against infringement). In no event shall BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC., their licensors or affiliates (the "INFORMATION PROVIDERS"), including their stockholders be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. and their INFORMATION PROVIDERS do not guarantee the sequence, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the INFORMATION, and may discontinue generating the INFORMATION without prior notice.

BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. have not reviewed and hereby disclaim responsibility for any information or materials posted at any of the sites linked to this web site, which links are provided for INFORMATION purposes only.

Under no circumstances shall BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC., or their respective affiliates, agents, employees, directors and officers, or INFORMATION PROVIDERS be liable for any ordinary, direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of any of the foregoing, even if BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC., or their respective agents and representatives, have been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.

This web site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

YOU AGREE THAT THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS DO NOT PROMISE OR WARRANT THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION'S ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR CORRECTNESS, OR THAT THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE, IN CONTRACT, TORT (including negligence), DUTY TO WARN, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM (a) YOUR USE OF THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION, (b) ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INCORRECT SEQUENCING OF DATA IN THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION, (c) FAILURES, DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY OF THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION OR (d) UNAVAILABILITY OF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, EDITING, WRITING, REPORTING, OR DELIVERING THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION OR BY ANY INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, DEFAMATORY, FALSE, OR DELAYED INFORMATION.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE SYSTEM AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE UPON INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SYSTEM OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES RELATED THERETO, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE.

Opinions and estimates provided here constitute the judgment of certain individuals at BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. and are subject to change without notice.

If you violate any of the terms of this User's License Agreement, the license provided hereunder will be automatically terminated.

BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. may change the terms in this Agreement at any time as is seen fit.

When the terms are changed, the new version of the Agreement will be posted on our internet address (http://www.vss2000.com) and notice of a change to this Agreement will be posted on the Web site or sent to you via electronic mail. By continuing to use BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC., you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the changes in a new version of the Agreement.

If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership with BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. (Vector2000) immediately. Once billed, charges are not refundable.

This site is but a tool to be used for educational purposes and in conjunction with other investment tools.

This material is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any financial instrument.

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone.


 

Membership and Access Terms

All memberships at vss2000.com run on a periodical (28 day) basis until canceled by either party. For Members subscribed to the Recurring Billing plan (when available), Billing occurs on the 28th day, 1 day in advance of the upcoming period. For Members subscribed to the Investment Tables and using the Variable Rate Billing (renewal) system, you must renew before your account expires to guarantee the continuance of your subscription. Failing to renew your account within three (3) days of expiration may result in your slot being granted to another in times when a waiting list exists. Decisions made in this matter by Vector2000 are final.

For Members subscribed to the Investment Tables, you may renew your subscription at the variable rate up to 7 days prior to expiration, and not before. You may also change your Access Group up to 5 days prior to expiration. These changes cannot be performed at any point prior to the stated times during the current cycle (period).

For Recurring Billing plans (when available), all cancellation requests submitted to us must be done so via e-mail. Requests must be sent at least five (5) days prior to renewal. Your account is not pending for cancellation until you receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive a response from our office after you have requested your account be canceled, then most likely an error has occurred with your e-mail. You should expect a confirmation message in 72 hours or less.

Because accounts are billed in advance of the upcoming period, should you cancel midway through, your cancellation will not go into effect until the last day of the current period. In order to avoid being billed on your account, you must request cancellation and receive a confirmation from us no later than three (3) days before the end of the current period.

Billing is calculated and based on a 28 day cycle (period), regardless of the actual number of days in the month, or your Activation Date. Memberships started mid week will receive the first 2 weeks (or part thereof) free, paid subscription will begin on the second Sunday and carry for 28 days from there. You must pay for and Activate your account to take advantage of the initial free access.

If your credit card declines or rejects billing for any reason, your account will be put on hold. Similar to a house call or margin call, you will be given a three (3) day grace period in which to supply a valid credit card and/or remit payment for your account. Failure to do this will result in your account being closed.

Requested Service Interruption: Vector2000 will provide Members with a Holiday period during their subscribed access times. Members may put their active account on hold (pause) to allow for personal vacations, etc. Accounts may be put on hold in increments of one (1) calendar week for a period of up to two (2) consecutive weeks (a total of 2 Holiday weeks may be requested over a period of 3 continuos months). This must be requested at least one (1) week in advance by sending an e-mail to support@vss2000.com with your Username and the desired hold date(s) and duration (1 or 2 week). This option is available for Investment Table subscribers only.

Refund Policy

Prior to Account Activation and payment, new Members are urged to visit the Portfolio section regularly and take the time to become fully familiar with the structure of the information provided, and to properly determine if this system is right for them and if it will meet their expectations.

Every effort has been made to make all investment information used by our current Members available to all visitors for full and proper evaluation.

Since service is periodical and based on full 28 days rather than daily basis, and in an effort to protect the integrity of information for existing users, refunds are NOT provided for subscribed access times.

(e) the link, when activated by a user, must display the Vector2000 site full-screen and not within a "frame" on the linked web site, and

(f) BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. reserves the right to revoke its consent to the link at any time in its sole discretion.


 

Financial Content

Exceptions allowing for commercial and copyright use may apply to the General User Agreement (top) for certain components of this web site when made available through the Webmaster Tools program and any similar program, and as stated within the description and guidelines of that program. Use of any code provided on this site is subject to the General User Agreement (top), with the following addenda and revisions;

Information is provided free of charge and may be used as described within the program or promotion guidelines, and as per the general limitations stated below. BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. reserves the right to terminate or change any programs or content offered through its web site. When changes are made that may effect any existing components or code provided, REGISTERED USERS will receive notification via e-mail advising of the changes and required steps to implement these changes to their web site. BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. will not be liable in any way for adverse or undesirable effects users (webmasters) may experience on their web site that may be caused by the improper use of its code or failure to register valid contact information to allow notification of changes or fixes to existing code, or for any other circumstance including abrupt program discontinuation or server / code failure.

BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC. does not accept web sites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general viewing audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not provide content or co-branding to:

  • Sites with pornography, adult content, sexual or erotic material or sites that contain links to such content
  • Sites containing or linking to software piracy or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking and spamming
  • Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
  • Sites with gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm
  • Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
  • Sites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
  • Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or paraphernalia or activity sites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
  • Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate

If a web site is found to be in violation of the above or any requirements that may be stated within the promotional or program description pages, remedial action may be taken at the sole discretion of BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL, INC.
